Capitalism is NOT a fair or just system

From having several jobs and a lot of work force experience, I can say that our current work system is unfair, and makes the American Dream unreachable. Capitalism in America is basically a system of what I have come to call voluntary slavery. You may be asking exactly what I mean. Let's first discuss the concepts of freedom in the United States when it comes to working.
It is completely true that you do not have to work, it's your choice, you can also refuse or quit a job at anytime. However, if you want to eat and at least have a hopeful chance of making it even decently, you have to work. You are enslaved to whatever job you take because you need it to make money for your survival. You voluntarily place yourself in slavery.
There are many absurdities and much unfairness in Capitalism, but I am only going to discuss a few here. Capitalism today mostly consists of the rich taking advantage of the poor and middle class and the labor of the poor and middle class. The rich use their workers to make their productivity so they can continue to be rich, and in return they pay their workers virtually nothing in many cases. A great example would be Wal Mart (Yes, I use to work for them. And I quit, I was not fired. So you can't say I'm just mad because I got fired.) If the rich owners had no workers, they would not make any money unless they did the work themselves, which would be impossible. So America's corporate and business survival really rests a lot on the labor and money of poor and middle class people, especially seeing how they are the majority. However, their labor is not rewarded as it should be. They are rarely appreciated. They are paid virtually nothing. And they are always worrying about how they're gonna survive. I do not call Capitalism a great American system. I call it a system of slavery and abuse.
The level of work each person does is also so very unfairly rewarded in this Capitalist society. You have far too many cases where an average worker puts in 40 hours a week with hard labor, and they make much less than the boss who mostly sits in his office all day. Perhaps a regular worker shouldn't make as much as the CEO, but their salaries should be far more rewarding than they are. They should not have to worry about the necessities of life. Without those workers, the company would fall. There's no excuse for a CEO to get the high salary while the hard worker gets $7 an hour. And so we have a system where the pay is amazingly unfair and ridiculous. The government and the business owners wonder why it's so hard to get people to work hard while they pay them virtually nothing, and the workers will do basically anything to get that extra dollar in a raise. Capitalism has made this country into a rat race.
I think we need a new system, one that rewards hard work with good pay so that all of our people have a good life. It's the right thing to do. If the government ever wonders why it has virtually no loyalty from the people and most people hate them, just take a look at how unfair the labor in this country is for one.
